Geisha or Gesha variety, originally from the town of Gesha, Ethiopia. Coffee berries were then picked and transported to South America in 1950s.
A washed-process is one of the three primary methods to produce the coffee and extract the exotic bean. Washed or wet processed coffee are dried without the cherry. Washed coffee are prized for their clarity and vibrant notes. Removing all of the cherry prior to drying allows the intrinsic flavors of the bean to shine without anything holding them back. Fruit notes are still found in washed coffee, however, fermented notes and berry notes are less common.

We roast our coffee and serve it fresh. Our goal is to provide you the best possible coffee we can find. Our origin relationships have been built largely through thousands of cupping sessions with producers, millers, and exporters. As a result, we have developed a common purpose and language with some of the most quality-focused producers.
When you buy coffee from us, you are buying coffee directly from the farmers who produced it. We organize two-way transparency, communication, and feedback to create a trade framework that promotes a positive social impact at the source and provides exceptional coffee to consumers.
Gesha is distinguished by its very aromatic and floral taste. It’s as far as can be from diner coffee, a delicate, black-tea body, with a zest of bergamot.
