Grisini Food Hall®, the first of many concepts to open from Grisini Hospitality Group, will bring the next evolution of food halls to New York and beyond by offering expertly crafted menus from the world’s top culinary talents. The first food hall is slated to open at American Dream Meadowlands this March 2020, in partnership with celebrity Chef Marc Murphy. Modeled by traditional food halls across Europe, Grisini Foods takes global inspiration from all culinary walks of life to provide a diverse and unique experience for all types of diners.
The first of many food halls to open by Grisini Hospitality Group, Grisini by Chef Marc Murphy is a European and Mediterranean-inspired food hall, offering a full bar program and 24 culinary concepts ranging from antipasti, curated salads, specialty sandwiches, a raw bar, Mediterranean grilled items, hand crafted burgers, a creperie and a wide range of gelato. Guests will have the opportunity to sample fresh pastas, pizzas, and more—all made in-house with both seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Every Grisini food stall conceptualized by Chef Marc Murphy will create a memorable culinary experience for family gatherings, corporate lunches, date nights, and beyond all under one roof. Alongside high-quality food offerings, the food stalls are distinctly designed echoing classic European and Mediterranean charm.
