Our Espresso bean comes from our adopted coffee farm set high up in the hills of Colombia coupled with a balanced amount of Robusta bean to create our fantastic espresso blend!
We roast our coffee and serve it fresh. Our goal is to provide the best possible coffee to our customers. Our single origin coffee relationships have been built largely through thousands of cupping sessions with producers, millers, and exporters. As a result, we have developed a common purpose and language with some of the most quality-focused producers the world over.
When you buy coffee from us, you are buying coffee directly from the farmers who produced it. We organize two-way transparency, communication, and feedback to create a trade framework that promotes a positive social impact at the source and provides exceptional coffee to you.
LA FINCA ADOPTADA
This coffee comes from our adopted farm which is located in the region Tapias River Canyon in the municipality of Neira – Caldas, Colombia. They are part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape, declared by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site. The estate has a long tradition in coffee production. It was in the 1930s that the first coffee plants were cultivated in these hills, and have been renewed ever since.
It is luxuriously creamy, with a kiss of foamy crema and a lingering aftertaste.
